Kathryn L Knotts
Partner
Kathryn was 9 years old when she acted in her school production of “Santa Claus on Trial”. It was at this point that she knew she wanted to be an attorney. That ambition stayed with her throughout her academic career, she began noticing inequality in her community. Kathryn applied to the Baylor University of School Law with dreams of becoming an attorney who could help injured persons. She knew that she wanted to fight for clients to ensure they were treated fairly and not taken advantage by a system and industry that did not have their best interest at heart.
Experience on your side
Kathryn L. Knotts is a Bryan-based personal injury attorney dedicated to improving the lives of her clients. After she graduated from law school, Kathryn immediately set to work helping those in her community. She started at The Carlson Law Firm the Monday after she passed the Texas State Bar in February 2005. She has spent her career successfully representing clients in car collisions, premises liability and personal injury cases.
Clients who walk into Kathryn’s office know immediately that she will fight tirelessly on their behalf. Because she cares so deeply about her clients, she strives to obtain the absolute best recovery for them and help them put the pieces back together after suffering an injury. Additionally, clients appreciate her creativity and thorough investigations to identify what could have prevented client injuries. In premises liability cases, she works to ensure that companies make the necessary corrections to prevent injuries from happening to others.
