[Killeen, TX] — Families in Killeen and surrounding areas are invited to celebrate Día del Niño with The Carlson Law Firm on Saturday, May 3, starting at 12:00 p.m. at its Killeen office located at 100 E Central TX EXPY, Killeen, TX 76541. This Carlson Cares Party with a Purpose will be a free, family-friendly event to celebrate children in our community with joy, food, and games.

The Día del Niño fun is free and offers something for everyone! Kids can enjoy games, snacks, prizes, and giveaways. Adults accompanying children will also have a chance to participate in special giveaways throughout the event.
Families attending can enjoy:
- Fresh tamales
- Exciting games
- Giveaways with fun prizes
- Bouncy houses for all the jumping fun
- A special appearance by local soccer league Coyotes FC, who will be playing and interacting with the kids
Tamales del Norte will cater delicious treats, and the first 400 children will receive a snack pack, while supplies last. In addition, there will be special giveaways throughout the event, including bikes for different ages! Children must be present to receive snack packs and participate in the giveaways.
Children can also enjoy a variety of fun activities throughout the event. Kids who enjoy active play can visit the soccer station, where they’ll be able to play with Coyotes FC soccer players. The Coyotes team will be on-site to share soccer tips and techniques.
There will also be inflatable fun for kids of all ages. Bouncing Gator will come celebrate Día del Niño with two bouncy houses, an obstacle course, and a giant balloon dome—perfect for capturing a fun family photo. Other exciting activities include Mexican Lotería, the Giddy-Up Toy Horse Race, Fish-Pong, and more. Soothing stations will offer passive fun, such as bracelet-making and arts and crafts. All activities allow kids to win prizes, so every child goes home with goodies.
No registration is necessary—just bring the family and join the fun! Prizes, giveaways, and treats will be joyfully distributed while supplies last.
Día del Niño, or Children’s Day in English, is a heartwarming holiday that originated in Mexico in 1925 to commemorate the importance of children and promote their well-being. In 1996, organizations began promoting the celebration in the United States, and today it is a nationwide celebration honoring the joy and value children bring to our communities.
