The Carlson Law Firm Celebrates Successful Hispanic Heritage Month Food Truck Tour

[TEXAS] — The Carlson Law Firm is thrilled to share the success of its recent food truck tour in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month 2024, which brought together more than 250 community members from San Angelo, Laredo, Lubbock, and Midland to enjoy delicious food and festivities.

Throughout the month, the firm hosted a series of food truck events throughout Texas featuring Hispanic-owned businesses, providing free meals and Carlson Law Firm swag to attendees.

“Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month is about more than just food; it’s about honoring the rich tapestry of cultures that make our communities vibrant. This event was a wonderful reminder of the connections we share and the flavors that bring us together,” said Nick Merz, attorney at The Carlson Law Firm’s Lubbock office. “Our food truck tour allowed us to connect with our neighbors at the same time we got to savor the culinary delights of local businesses. We are grateful to everyone who was able to stop by and join us on this journey.”

Event Highlights:

  • San Angelo: September 20
    The event kicked off with Pops Tacos Y Más, where many community members gathered to enjoy mouthwatering Mexican food and connect with one another.

  • Laredo: September 27
    The celebration continued with Taqueria Suadero, drawing a lively crowd eager to taste authentic Mexican dishes while celebrating their heritage.

  • Lubbock: October 11
    Attendees savored Puerto Rican and Caribbean flavors from Carlito’s Way, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with laughter and community spirit.

  • Midland: October 11
    The tour wrapped up with Taqueria el Real, where residents indulged in delicious Tex-Mex cuisine, capping off a month of celebration and unity.
