Carlson Gives 250 Thanksgiving Meals to Kerrville and Round Rock Families

The Carlson Law Firm Continues Thanksgiving Tradition of Giving Back in Kerrville and Round Rock

The Carlson Law Firm hosted two successful Carlson Cares Thanksgiving in a Basket Giveaways in Kerrville and Round Rock. This year, the firm provided a total of 250 Thanksgiving baskets to families in the area to help them enjoy the warmth and joy of the holiday season.

“We believe in caring for our community,” said Managing Partner Craig Carlson. “It’s a privilege to bless hundreds of families across Texas each Thanksgiving. The holidays are a time to come together and celebrate with each other. We hope that these Thanksgiving baskets can help people in our communities understand how much we at The Carlson Law Firm genuinely care about helping people.”

Each Thanksgiving in a Basket Giveaway winner received an insulated tote and reusable food container thoughtfully packed with all the traditional fixings for a Thanksgiving meal, including:

$30 HEB gift card (to purchase turkey or preferred protein)
Stuffing Mix
Cranberry Sauce
Mashed Potatoes
Mac and Cheese
Corn
Green Beans
French Onions
Cream of Chicken Soup
Jiffy Corn Bread
Pie filling
Pie crust

Winners were invited to pick up their baskets at the Kerrville and Round Rock offices, where they were greeted with festive fall-themed decorations and staff members in turkey costumes.

“We are truly thankful for the opportunity to connect with members of our community and share in the joy of celebrating the holidays together,” said Kerrville attorney Amos Barton.

“It was such a joyful event,” said Round Rock attorney Cheryl Powell. “Our goal was to make the day memorable and special for everyone who joined us. The holidays can be challenging for many families, and we’re grateful to have had the chance to bring a little extra cheer to the season once again this year.”

Last year The Carlson Law Firm in Round Rock gave away 140 Thanksgiving baskets, plus an additional 20 Thanksgiving dinners to the Round Rock ISD Partners in Education Foundation.
