Cheryl Powell Again Distinguished as One of Austin’s Most Influential Lawyers

ROUND ROCK, Texas— Carlson Law Firm attorney Cheryl Powell has once again been recognized as one of Austin’s Most Influential Lawyers by the Austin Black Business Journal. 

Being named one of the most influential attorneys in Austin for the second year in a row is a true testament to the hard work and dedication Powell has for her work in family law.

Every year, the Austin Black Business Journal presents the Most Influential and Up & Coming Lawyer Awards to recognize Black lawyers who have excelled in their field and paved the way for others to have success.

In her work as a Family Law attorney, Powell dedicates herself to helping families in the Austin area work through difficult times in their lives. Before she began working with The Carlson Law Firm, she ran her own practice focused on family, criminal, education and employment law. With this background experience, Powell combines her knowledge and incredible compassion to help her clients.
