Carlson Attorney Named Bell County Young Lawyer of the Year

KILLEEN, Texas – The Carlson Law Firm is proud to recognize and congratulate our family law attorney Alejandro Lopez for being awarded the Bell County Young Lawyer of the Year 2024. This marks the second consecutive year that a Carlson Law Firm attorney has earned this distinction following criminal defense attorney Kyra Leal’s distinction in 2023.

The Bell County Young Lawyer of the Year is chosen based on nominations made by peers, all attorneys practicing in Bell County, and voted on at the Bell County Bar Association meeting. One lawyer is chosen each year. Although there are no specific guidelines for being nominated or chosen besides being licensed in the state of Texas for 12 years or less, the Young Lawyer recognition is based on the nominee’s performance and relationships both inside and outside of court, their contributions to the community and the local bars, and their relationships with their peers. Other recognitions by the Bell County Bar Association include acknowledging paralegals, non-profit organizations, and public sectors within Bell County.

“Receiving this recognition from my peers is an incredibly humbling experience,” Lopez said. “It’s a testament to my commitment to this community and to my clients.”
