Craig Carlson Founding and Managing Partner of The Carlson Law Firm is a former JAG Officer with the U.S. Army. A well-respected lawyer in his field, Craig has expanded The Carlson Law Firm from one location in Killeen, Texas to 18 locations nationwide. Under Craig’s leadership, The Carlson Law Firm has recovered millions of dollars for clients injured by the negligence of others. Craig has been named a Super Lawyer every year since 2017.

Todd Kelly received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas in 1987 while attending on an ROTC Scholarship. He then earned his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1995 as a member of the Woolsack Honor Society, while serving as a U.S. Marine, where he returned to practice as a judge advocate. Upon leaving the Marine Corps, Todd began representing seriously injured people in Virginia and Pennsylvania before returning to Texas to represent similar victims in Texas. He has been named a Texas Super Lawyer in 2011, 2012 and every year since 2014.

Dominic Braus has been a Super Lawyer Rising Star for several years. However, this year he’s been named a Super Lawyer. Braus practices personal injury law in The Carlson Law Firm’s Waco location. He’s Board-Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law. Dominic is a proud graduate of the Baylor University School of Law.

Brantley White focuses his practice on defective tire litigation, automotive product liability, commercial truck wrecks, and general negligence cases including workplace accidents and premises liability cases. Brantley’s trial experience spans two decades and includes numerous seven and eight-figure verdicts in both general negligence cases and product liability cases. He has been named a Super Lawyer every from between 2011-2021.

According to the Super Lawyers website, this distinction is a “rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The patented selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than 5 percent of attorneys in each state.”
