Experience on your side

Alyciaā€™s practice focuses on personal injury, including auto collisions; 18-wheeler and commercial vehicle collisions, dram shop; wrongful death; dog bites; daycare negligence; work-related injuries and premises liability.

Prior to her work as a personal injury attorney, she spent ten years practicing criminal and family law. Through her experience as a criminal and family attorney, Alycia learned that clients value an attorney who will listen, understand and advocate for them through the worst moments of their lives. When she transitioned to injury law, Alycia knew that her values and experience would be beneficial to her clients who are suffering as a result of traumatic events. Her compassion, desire to understand peopleā€™s stories and her investigative skills are what her injury clients find most notable about her representation. When clients choose Alycia, they get an attorney with thousands of hours of courtroom experience who isnā€™t afraid to stand up on behalf of her client.

Her desire to become an attorney began with her parents who have dedicated their lives to helping others. Alyciaā€™s dad retired as a Battalion Chief with the Colorado Springs Fire Department, and also worked as an arson investigator and expert witness for arson-related injury and property litigation. Her mom was a nurse and a dedicated mother. Growing up, her parents, coupled with her faith, instilled in her the value of helping others and fighting for justice for the underdog. She has spent her life living out Proverbs 31:8-9 by defending those who are judged and by speaking up on behalf of those who cannot speak for themselves.

Alycia and her PWL teammates were three-time conference champions in NCAA Division II Womenā€™s Lacrosse and she was a four-year Womenā€™s Lacrosse Academic All-American. She also played lacrosse in the Czech Republic as part of the USA Athletes International program. After college, she played on the Midlands Womenā€™s Lacrosse team while she served as a lacrosse coach and housemother at Stowe Boarding School in Buckinghamshire, England, UK.

When sheā€™s not in the courtroom, you can find Alycia out near the lake or pool; running; hiking or playing with her daughters. She also enjoys finding new restaurants and traveling with her husband. The family has only been in Bell County since the start of 2022, but theyā€™re happy to call it home.Ā
