B.S. — Business Administration
Lisa Griffin has been The Carlson Law Firm’s Chief Operating Officer since 2008. In this role, she works closely with the Managing Partner to develop and deploy the operational strategy of the firm. She is responsible for leading and directing all administrative divisions of the firm, including Human Resources, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and IT. Throughout her career, she has worked to increase profitability and productivity by building efficient systems, leading and motivating effective teams and focusing on the greater mission of helping people.
Prior to joining The Carlson Law Firm, Lisa was the COO for Perry Office Plus, an independent office products and furniture dealer. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Central Texas and continues to develop her business acumen through mentorship, seminars, and a love of reading.
Lisa serves on the boards of Communities in Schools of Greater Central Texas, Families in Crisis, the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce, and the Fort Hood Regional Economic Development Foundation. She is also a member of the advisory board for the College of Business Administration at Texas A&M University – Central Texas and a long-time member of the Rotary Club of Killeen Heights.
When she isn’t building teams, improving processes, and supporting the firm’s mission, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, which includes a husband, a teenage son, and her beloved Doberman Pinscher. You will often find them running trails, volunteering in the community, or traveling together. Lisa is passionate about serving people through both work and recreation.
